Battle of the Brands for Cancer

This is an annual event hosted by our Landy Friends members. It consists of a number challenges but is based on fun in the sun and the idea is to accommodate all makes of 4×4 vehicles. In the end a winner is declared and since this event’s inception Land Rover has won it every year.

Bring your other make vehicle to Uis this year and come and attempt to break the Land Rover winning streak.

This event is held as a fund raiser and all proceeds are donated to a cancer patient who is identified by the organizers of the event.

Event Program:

Saturday 24 August
Arrive in Uis at Brandberg Rest Camp during the day. Set up camp and meet and greet.
14.00 Depart on sight seeing tour. Details to be finalized.
18.00 Sundowner on Mine Dump. Rest of evening at leisure.

Sunday 25 August
09.00 Documentation at Brandberg Rest Camp
10.00 Challenge starts. Details to be finalized and confirmed.
16.00 Challenge ends.
18.00 Prize giving at Brandberg Rest Camp

Monday 26 August
Depart at leisure.
