Far North Angola Trip
Angola Trip 09-24 Aug! Bush/wild camping adventure. Route: Ondangwa-Lubango-Lobito-Benguela-Namibe-Baia dos Tigres & back. Expect challenging roads (potholes/gravel/sand). ⚠ 4×4 essential, vehicle must be in top condition. NO caravans/big trailers. Limited recovery options. Fuel/water available at towns. Bookings close 31 May.

Bush/Wild Camping trip. Flamingo Camp/Lodge has limited campsites/facilitys.
We try to arrange a sleepover at Baia dos Tigres which might cost somewhat extra. We will advise closer to time!!
Fuel is ‘quiet cheap and good at fillingstations.
Due to potholes in the tar enroute to lobito +- 350km we don’ t recomend caravan, big trailers, campers.
Also the gravel roads from lobito down to namibe are ‘kaokoland’ type of roads. Caravan, big trailers, campers are not recomended.
Rooftoptents have to be properly and strongly mounted and secured.
KEEP IN MIND THAT THERE IS NO OR VERY LITTLE RECOVERY HELP THERE!!
Your Vehicle must be in a good condition!!
Recovery from Angola is difficult and very costly!!
Unfortunately we will have a limit on entrys.
At end of MAY ’31’ bookings will close. We need to book in advance for Baia dos Tigres.
