LRON AGM and Year End Function

Our annual AGM will take place at 17.00 on 11 November 2023. Minutes and program will forwarded.
Year end and prize giving function will start at 18.00 AGM

17.00 Minutes will be distributed and AGM will start.
17.05 Opening prayer and scripture reading
17.10 AGM 2022 minutes approval
17.15 Chairman’s report
17.20 Treasurers report
17.25 Elect executive committee
17.30 Changes to LRON constitution. AGM meetings and voting process by Teams or any other acceptable virtual format.
17.35 New business. (Forward points for discussion to the secretary by 10 November.)
17.40 Meeting adjourned.
Please note a quorum is 15 members as per the LRON constitution.
